Common questions
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
Emails are written in your voice and read like you wrote them. The phone agent sounds natural and can say it's your assistant. You decide how it introduces itself.
What if it gets something wrong?
For the first few weeks everything waits for your approval. After that you choose which tasks it can finish on its own. Anything it isn't sure about, like pricing or complaints, always comes to you.
Do I need ServiceM8?
ServiceM8 and Xero are where we go deepest, because that's what we run. If you use another job system, talk to us and we'll tell you honestly what will and won't work.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in your own accounts. We connect with the access each task needs, never sell or share it, and never use it to train public AI models.
Will it replace my admin person?
It takes the repetitive half of the job. Some owners use it so they never need to hire. Others keep their admin and move them onto work that needs a person, like customer relationships and chasing new work.
How long is the contract?
There isn't one. It's month to month. Founding members keep the $750 price for as long as they stay.
